Customer Returns Policy

McBride Corporation analyzes returned products from the customers. It is subjected for proper validation prior pursuing of replacements or any other related actions. The return products can be accepted for verification but has no guarantee of replacement such as:

  • Return products which do not comply within the storage condition requirements indicated in our production tags, resulting to non-manufactured deformities.
  • Return hot filling products which exceeds our maximum standard filling temperature, causing warping in bottles.
  • Return products from customer process, by means of the item became damage upon their production resulting of rejection.
  • Return products which is identified as not manufactured McBride product.
