When asked how she ensures women are given equal opportunities, Ms. Raichelle Paras, HR and Admin Manager of McBride Corporation, shared that female voices are heard and protected through company policies and initiatives.
Most notable among them is the consideration that employees are paid based on their roles, not gender.
